How much notice do I need to give for custom creations?
We recommend getting in touch as early as possible, as dates can book up quickly, especially around weekends, holidays and key events. For smaller bespoke treats, we ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice where possible. For custom cakes or larger orders, more notice may be required depending on the design, size and availability.
Do you offer customisations?
Yes, we offer custom designs for bespoke cakes and treats. Please complete our custom cake enquiry form with as much detail as possible, including your theme, colours, flavours, occasion, date needed and any inspiration photos. We will then review your enquiry and let you know what is possible based on your design, budget and our availability.
Can you cater for allergies?
Yes, we can discuss allergy requirements for custom orders. Please contact us directly before placing your order and we will provide an allergy information sheet where needed. Please note that while care is taken, our products may be prepared in an environment where common allergens are present.
How do I place an order?
To place an order, please visit the Contact Us section of our website. There, you can either complete the contact form with your order details or use the WhatsApp button to message us directly. Once we have reviewed your enquiry, we will get back to you to confirm availability, details and pricing.
Are there collection and delivery options available?
Yes, we offer both collection and delivery. Delivery is available within a reasonable distance and may incur an additional charge depending on your location. We will confirm collection or delivery options when discussing your order.
